The strategy of FWEAN is a Bottom to Top Approach. The methodology is to have women's direct representation in the social and economic sectors by linking women at the district level to the national level (FWEAN) to the regional level (SCWEC). The Regional Offices will be under the guidance of the National Secretariat. FWEAN has built an infrastructure to facilitate the member organizations and entrepreneurs, which are as follows:
